Hello everyone, See below for the latest announcements and events from UMYF-land:

UMYF this Sunday (12/4):  Can you name even one thing that you LOVE to wait for?  It's tough to think of something!  This Sunday from 6-8pm, we'll test your ability to wait and talk about how to EMBRACE THE WAIT of this Advent season.  All 7th - 12th graders are invited.

December schedule: Hopefully you received this info via e-mail from me earlier this week.  If not, I need your e-mail address!  Check out these December events:

• December 11:  It's the Mt. Pleasant Christmas Parade!  Family Ministries is hosting Hibben's annual pre-parade pizza party, beginning at 4pm.  EVERYONE IS INVITED to enjoy pizza, so bring your families.  Stick around for cookies and hot chocolate after the parade! 
• December 18:  UMYF Christmas Party, 6-8pm.  Bring your favorite snack to share with the group!  We'll have a snack supper before celebrating with a Christmas-themed scavenger hunt around town.
• December 25:  No UMYF, Merry Christmas!  (Please note:  there will be NO SUNDAY SCHOOL on 12/25.)
• January 1:  Your feedback is needed!  Will you be in town on January 1?  Do you want to have UMYF that night?  E-mail me and let me know!

2012 Ski Trip: If you have registered for the ski trip, the deadline for your second and final payment of $130 is December 11.  If you have not registered but would like to attend, we have ONE SPACE available.  Cost of the trip is $265 and the dates are January 13 - 16.
